At Linda's Soap Studio, we take pride in creating high-quality, handcrafted body butters using premium natural ingredients. Your satisfaction is important to us.
No Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our handmade skincare products and for health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products. All sales are final.
We encourage you to carefully review product descriptions and ingredient lists before purchasing to ensure the product is right for you.
Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or if there is an error with your order, we will make it right.
To request a refund for a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lindann1983@gmail.com
- Provide your order number and photos of the damaged or defective product
- We will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost
Melted Products During Shipping
Our whipped body butters are made with natural ingredients and are sensitive to heat. During warmer months, your product may soften or melt during transit.
If your body butter arrives melted:
- Place the product in the refrigerator for 1–2 hours
- Allow it to firm up
- Stir if needed to restore texture
Please Note:
We are not responsible for melting due to heat exposure during shipping or delivery.
We recommend selecting our Summer Shipping Protection option at checkout for added protection.
Melted products are not considered damaged or defective and are not eligible for refunds.
Allergic Reactions or Skin Sensitivities
We recommend performing a patch test on your inner arm before full use, especially if you have sensitive skin. We cannot offer refunds for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities, as individual reactions to natural ingredients can vary.
